We aim to process all our orders within 24 hours of receiving them, although at busier times it's between 24 to 48 hours.

All orders are dispatched on a next day service with full tracking, we'll email you a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number so you can follow your wall art on it's journey to you.

We currently use DX Delivery as our main courier service, you can track your order on the DX Website.

If you're from outside the United Kingdom please contact us and we'll be happy to get a shipping quote for you.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
